2. Service Description
MamiSamayal is a platform that connects customers with local vegetarian food partners. We facilitate the ordering and delivery of food items from our partner restaurants. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of the food items themselves, which remain the responsibility of the partner restaurants.
3. User Accounts
To place orders, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance by the partner restaurant. Prices are set by the partner restaurants and may vary. We currently accept cash on delivery. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, and restaurant preparation times. We are not liable for delays in delivery. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed before you confirm your order.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled before they are confirmed by the restaurant. Once confirmed, cancellations are at the discretion of the partner restaurant. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the partner restaurant's policy.
7. Food Safety and Allergies
While we work with partners who maintain food safety standards, customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions. MamiSamayal is not liable for any allergic reactions or food-related illnesses. Please contact the partner restaurant directly for detailed ingredient information.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You may not use our service to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on MamiSamayal, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of MamiSamayal or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
MamiSamayal acts as an intermediary between customers and partner restaurants. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Privacy
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MamiSamayal operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
